The Information
Setting - Chicago, Illinois
Time period - Present but a month behind, ex. today is 12/19...in the RP, it's 11/19
Weather - Chicago is a very windy city, often very chilly in the winter and not too hot in the summer due to the wind. It rains at least once a week.
The Plot
All you need to know about the plot is that this is a romance role play, I expect to see some romantic acts, and some very dramatic [well detailed] scenes. I am going to let you decide where the plot goes with each character. The Rules
*I do not want any posts less than 5 sentences, and I want a very proper role playing technique used.
*I do not want any vulgar of offensive material, keep it PG-13 please, nothing over kissing, cuddling, making-out, and not to many details when talking about other romantic acts. If you do include other romantic acts, please use it mildly, do not go into to much detail please. For example, you could write, "They had a romantic evening full of passion and smiles." <--- enough for us to think, okay so they ...
*Weather will be determined by the first to awake in post, every time you go to bed and re-awake the weather will be changed.
*Weather can change throughout the day, as long as it is 3 posts or more after the initial wake up weather has changed.
*Use details while you are posting, I want a clear mental image.
*Limit this RP to 2 characters for now, NPC's are played by the 2 main characters.

Sarah was a normal child with normal interests, she would play with barbie dolls, and play tag when it was recess. She was very shy when she was younger, but grew out of it in high school. High school was when she met her first love, his name was Jason. Jason and Sarah did not start dating until Senior year, because when she had a crush on him he had another girlfriend. They were the class couple that year, which was a great experience for her. Everyone knew who she was, all because she was dating Jason, the star football player for her school. Graduation day came faster than she had expected, and boy was she excited to get out of that place - who isn't! The best part about graduation was that she knew she would be going to the same school that Jason was going to, which was Penn State Pennsylvania, which was very far from home. Sarah was a little tired of her parents, so when Jason and her were trying to sync their colleges, they made sure to look for far away places. Sarah's parents were very annoying, always treating her like a child even though she was 18.
College was a less that perfect experience for her... the relationship that she had with Jason was going sour. Middle of freshman year, the decided to start getting more intimate.. One month after Sarah and Jason had their first time, she found out that he was cheating on her. The crush was extreme. She felt like she was going to die right then and there. However, Jason was great at getting himself out of things so he convinced Sarah that he was very sorry and would never do it again. A few months later, Sarah top of her class, and Jason the bottom, he cheated on her again...Only this time Sarah found out she was pregnant. She decided to stay with him for the baby, but had to drop out of college as soon as her parents found out, leaving Jason to cheat all he wants.
Her pregnancy was rough, her family was very disapproving and ordered her to find a job. She worked at McDonalds and Bon-ton to earn money before the baby came... When she found out she was having a boy, she was very happy, this baby was starting to grow on her, and she loved him more than anything. Finally the little baby came into the world after a long tedious labor. Of course, Jason was too lazy and busy to come see her and the baby, even if it was pre-planed for August 15th for 1 week. After Bryan was born, her parents decided to retire, giving the family cafe business to Sarah. They offered to babysit, as long as she gives them 40% of the cafe's profits. Which was a huge part of the profit, but her portion was enough to get her going. After 2 months she had enough to buy a condo for Bryan and herself. (about 15 minutes from the cafe and her parents) And that brings us to the present.

Personality: Sarah is a very confident young woman. She is not willing to open her heart to just anyone, for she has been hurt before. Her friends and customers say she is a very friendly young woman, who can be a workaholic at times. She is clumsy, always tripping over herself, and she can laugh at herself when it happens. Sarah loves her son, and will do anything for him. She can walk up to a random stranger and walk away leaving a never ending impression. She can be stubborn, but is usually easy going about changes. She will never sell her family's cafe.

Description & Image:Sarah has very long dark brown hair, that she usually styles in a wavy design. She usually gets red highlights in her hair to add contrast, but every so often she forgets to get it done. She has thick lashes that cover over her blue-green eyes. A ring of gold surrounds her pupil. Her eyebrows are arched naturally, but she has to pluck a few every so often. She has one dimple on her right cheek, and a memorable smile.Her nose is long, but not large, with a decently rounded tip. She is rather skinny, with very small feet with lots of calluses on them due to how often she is on her feet. Her nails are very brittle, breaking a lot because she has not time to take care of them. She has a birth mark next to her belly button that is shaped like a kiss mark. Sarah also has a tattoo on her left ankle of a rose. She dresses to impress usually, but nothing too flashy, usually jeans, and a nice shirt. She never wears skirts, but occasionally will wear a sundress.

Margarette:
Age: 40
Personality: She is very snide, yet kind to people the first time she meets them. Marge has a way of talking behind everyone's back then pretending to be their friends the next second.
Joseph: Joe is a quiet man who enjoys fishing and football, of course. He takes his wife's temper daily, but it no longer phases him. One time she was yelling at him across the table, and he was just sitting there with his newspaper, didn't hear a word she said.
Age: 43
Margarette and Joseph Stratton are Sarah's parents, and they can be overbearing and un-approving. They believe that their daughter deserves nothing less than the best. Both of them are retired now, and babysit Bryan regularly. The cafe business had them set for life, and since Sarah is running the place now, she gives them 40% of the profit so they can function on their early retirement.
Dwelling Space & Descriptions:
The condo is rather large...When you walk in you are in the modern living room, light tan carpet, and a nice light green couch against the wall near the decent sized tv. There is a lazyboy in front of the tv, next to the couch but not against the wall, creating a corner with furniture A nice small fireplace is behind the lazyboy, and beside the fireplace a door that leads to the balcony - a very small space, with an outdoor closet. If you look to the right of the fireplace you see the kitchen and the dining area. The dinning space is small, with a round table and 4 chairs with light green fabric. She has a nice flower centerpiece. The kitchen is filled with old appliances that she got from the cafe before her parents added new, a dishwasher, sink, tons of dishes from the cafe, a nice sized fridge, and plenty of room to cook. (kitchen has EVERYTHING). This room is tile, and there is not much walk space.
Back the hall from the kitchen is Bryan's room, the bathroom, and her room. She keeps Bryan with her for now, sleeping near her bed. His room is empty - the door is always closed. She has a queen sized bed, that is usually covered by a light blue comforter. There are a hole bunch of baby play items in the corner, to help him gain mobility and such. A nice walk in hanging closet where she keeps her clothing. There is also a smaller standing closet where she keeps Byran's clothing. The bathroom is nice, tile floor a shower, 2 sink spaces, and a toilet.
Job & Description: Works in a cafe named, "Corner Cafe," which is located on the corner of Toffee and Universe street. The cafe is very nice, with many couches on the inside. The theme is a very pale green, calming and serene. There are couches and armchairs all around, and a few fancy tables near them. There is one fake fireplace that actually kicks out heat near the one couch. The chairs are constantly getting moved around, so there is no particular layout. (Armchairs - White with a green pillow near the back) (Couches - same, all material is swayed) The bakery/cafe area can be seen directly from the door, in the back of the room. She has a good assortment of food and menu items ready to sell each day. There is an employee door leading to the chef's kitchen where she would bake. She does all positions in the store, but there is a help wanted sign in the door. (The walls are green, floor is light brown wood. White molding on the floor of the wall)
