Zexo began to laugh quite darkly as he listened to the selfish girl known as Nami. She seemed so confident in herself, but he didn't really care. The girl was a good fighter, and she knew tricks with the Keyblade that amazed him somewhat, but at the same time he was not impressed. "That would have been about an hour ago..or however long" He mumbled, just as Nami locked her arms in front of her.
As if instinctively, he sort of kick stepped to the left and then the right, sliding right under her attack barely at he ran at her. It was about this time that he saw right through her, so to speak. Nami was waiting for him to attack her, but it wasn't going to go the way she thought. Suddenly gripping the Keyblade, darkness enveloped him and then he disappeared. Within a matter of seconds he was behind her.
Raising his blade to the back of her neck, he smirked as his eyes were a deep violet at the moment. "You were saying, about killing me?" He asked, as if mocking her. At the same time he was still shocked about what he had just done.

Nami's eyes grew dim, "Interesting. This is rather disappointing Zexo." What did she mean? She was making riddles at this point, however she knew from the very first moment she saw him vanish into darkness that his heart was not of the light. She was unsure of what she should do, thinking of ways to avoid the situation, how could one turn the other to light? Stiffly, she cracked her neck from left to right, then grabbed his key blade from her neck, throwing it from him. She knew of course that he would get the key blade back, however this would suffice for a bit enough for her to leap away and lunge a few accurate ice bolts.
Her mind was concentrating, she had been using the blade for years, and she was not about to let him defeat her. There was not a possible way that this could happen, not with a newbie, especially a newbie shadow stalker. "Easily persuaded by darkness aren't you? You really think it is that easy to beat me?" Mockingly, she began to loose her playful nature. Every step she took jolted out 10 elemental blasts from her key blade as she ran around him, forming what would seem like a small hurricane.
"Stop this Nami!" a voice called, a man stepped out from the shadows - he had brown hair, that seemed to lay in long bangs over his forehead. He looked as if he was a loner, dressed in black with a few belts around his torso. Leon was his name, and he had been watching for quite some time now. He was alright with the intentions, however he worried that she was going to honestly strangle this guy. "Nami, you need to understand that this might be his time of reckoning."
Nami looked at Leon, her attack halting. "But Leon! I've waited so long and all I get is someone who is going to turn to the darkness!" Her anger started to grow on her, "Nami! He has no idea what is going on, explaining it might help him over come the darkness." She looked like she was about to cry, "One of the last hopes of Kingdom Hearts is a darkened heart."

Zexo rose an eyebrow at what Nami had just said, as she cracked her neck. The female then knocked his key blade from him, and lept away. The next thing he knew there were ice bolts coming as him, which he barely managed to avoid. Then other elemental blasts started coming from her, as he reached for his key blade. It was knocked out of his reach, and then he was slammed backwards by one of the blasts.
"Eh..what the heck?!" He asked, but was interuppted as Leon appeared. The two people seemed to be having it out as he slowly stood, and his key blade faded into the darkness. "I don't know what's really going on here, but..my darkness should be the last of your worries" He told her, "and round one I beat you. Don't think I'll let it happen again". That was the last thing he said as he stepped towards them, but his eyes had returned to normal by this point.
"I don't know who either of you are, but it looks like you both have a lot of explaining to do!" He demanded, wanting to know what the heck they were talking about. "I thought that mouse was nuts, but after all these years I think I can see what he meant" He mumbled, while looking at them both from the corner of his left eye. "This is about Kingdom Hearts, right?" He asked, but by the look on their faces it was like he had broken the law or something.

Nami glared at Leon, her fists clenched, "YOU talk to him, for I have nothing left to say, this situation has left me hopeless!" She stormed off, wiping her eyes from the tears that were falling. Leon sighed, and sat down on a barrel. How to begin, the pause was very long for him, trying to piece together an easy way to say what hew as about to. He put his hand on the back of his neck, still clueless as to what to say, finally, he began.
"Let me start by saying, every world you touch is about Kingdom Hearts. Recently discovered, the location of Kingdom Hearts is now under constant attack, and evil is starting to get into the door. That girl you think you defeated, she was in this area. For days she was defending the Kingdom's Door, but she grew weak, exhausted, and finally retreated to get some help."
"You are here because we request assistance from the only people who can seal the door again, Nami can't do it alone. And who knows what happens when she does, for all we know, and all we assume, when the door is sealed the Key blade will trap the sealers inside of it, leaving them to wander around to find a way out."
"We need a pure hearted person to travel with Nami, for she knows these worlds like the back of her hand. The worlds are starting to become corrupt, and even once Kingdom Hearts is sealed you are still going to have to save the worlds from their downfall. We are not sure if you will ever return to your home, however, it is said that you will. We do not know many things, however we are going off of some chronicles that our friend Jimmy wrote long ago."

Zexo narrowed his eyes at the distain Nami was showing for him. At first she was ticking him off, but things changed when Leon began to speak. Apparently this girl was having a hard time, and she would need all the help she could get. "You're just confirming that I was the crazy one for not listening" He mumbled, while cracking his knuckles quite loudly. The truth of the matter is that he had no idea what to say, until a few minutes passed.
"From what I remember, it does not take one of pure heart to travel the worlds" He said, "but the person must be so by the end of their journey". For once Zexo didn't feel entirely stupid, but he did feel like a jerk. With that he walked right past Leon, and in the direction that Nami was going. "I may not be 'pure' as you say" He began, "but you're going to need help whether you like the person or not".
With that being said, he sighed and continued following her as it seemed like she would never stop. Zexo wasn't like she saw him to be, but it was going to be different to prove her otherwise. "Either way..you delivering that letter started us both off on a journey together, so you're stuck with me" He put it rather bluntly.

Nami stopped abruptly at his words, "Started...I've been on this journey for four years! Ever since the hint of evil even began!" She then turned, facing him, "And for one, I am not about to fight a fellow Key Blader with less than an actual purpose, such as teaching! I will not fight someone who is 'darkness gone wrong' or however you would like to say it." She turned and crossed her arms, feeling less anger than before, as it slowly decreased.
Leon has finally decided that his conversation was meaningless at this point, leaning against a wall now instead of sitting on the barrel. He laughed, watching the two fighting. Perhaps the best thing for Nami was to have something challenging at her side. Besides, there were about two more that would probably join her on her journey, she had two more letters that weren't responded to yet.
Nami put her hands up in the air, "Oh, for the love of..." Then stopped, looking over at the inn and then pulling her small amount of munny out of her pocket, "Well. I suppose we better start checking the job boards, because I have only have about 2 munny left, and it costs 300 munny for each person to stay in the Inn." She gestured towards the bulletin board that was hanging on the corner, there were multiple jobs on it:
Dog Trainer - Old man Harris has a new dog, and this one has no manor. The dog is kind of mean to strangers, and very unruly. Train the dog to be kind and you will get 100 Munny.
Entertainer - Keep the ball off of the ground while you run around, use your keyblade and aim. 100 Munny.
Mail Call - Deliver Mail as fast as you can to all of the residents. 100 Munny.
Bees Be-gone - Get ride of the bees in the back alley near Miss Julia's garden. 100 Munny.
AND
Poster poster - Post up all of the posters, there are 20 locations and all of them are well hidden. 100 Munny.

Zexo just kind of watched Nami as she stopped abruptly, and then turned to him like that. There wasn't much time to respond what so ever, because she wouldn't shut her mouth. This was beginning to annoy him, and the stressed mark was probably on his forehead. Within a few minutes he simply sighed, and then narrowed his eyes a tiny bit. "For one I didn't say I was looking for a fight, and two..I'm not as evil as you think" He told her.
That was the last thing he said to her as she motioned towards the bulletin board, and slowly made his way over. Half of these jobs seemed so amateurish, but at the same time paid so little. This left them both having to do three jobs. Turning immediately, Zexo stuffed his hands in his pockets and began to walk away from her. The next thing he knew he was in front of a small crowd with a ball in front of him.
The keyblade formed in his hand and without hesitation he slid the blade across the ground. Hitting the ball into the air, he took a swing and then another. Keeping it in air was easy, until it started going faster. Suddenly he fell flat on his face, and then raised his head. "Ugh" Was all he could say before the ball slammed his head back into the ground. Groaning, he accepted his 100 munny payment and went on his way.
With hope that the next job would be easier, he headed to the area where the mail call job was. This one was harder than he thought, and trying to run just made it harder with the mail flying out everywhere. Let me tell you it was like every small gust of wind was against him! Thankfully he was able to do it after a while, and ended up with another 100 munny. "Please I beg you, be easy!" He begged no one really as he made his way to the last job location.
Old man Harris had this so called evil dog, or that's how people made him out to be. Really the dog just didn't like to be bothered. Zexo found this out as he tried to approach the dog, and he barked at him. At that time, the young male simply leaned down and held his hand out. Slowly the dog inched his way towards Zexo, and licked his hand. This made him laugh as he slowly petted the dog, and began to teach him tricks. Sit and stay were easy, roll over and fetch were not. The fetching was impossible since he was tied up, but thankfully the tricks taught were sufficient enough for payment. With his 300 munny, Zexo made his way back to the bulliten board and waited for Nami to return, unless she was already there.

Nami managed to do the poster poster, as she raced around the town finding all of the marked locations, she was use to it though, half the the spots on the list she had seen in her journeys. Her ease in this job made her want to do it again when she was finished, but she didn't. Luck for her, the man gave her a bonus for doing the job so quickly - how wonderful, she thought. Now she only needed 150 munny to be able to stay the night in the Inn. Her eye darted over the buletin board, and she decided to banish the bee vanishing.
She felt like a ghost hunter, as she aimed her key blade at the bees and began to launch fireballs at them. Of course she kind of felt bad, for some of the flowers to destroyed that her employer was not in the mood to have disappear. She only got 50 for that task, which was very unlucky. Now for an easy task, she said, picking on that would be simple. Hmm... That is when an elderly lady walked up to her, "Are you looking for a job young girl?" She asked, smiling, "Yes I am? Do you have one I can help you with?" Nami replied, smiling back. The old lady wanted her to get a large bag up the hill, which was over half her size. There was a garage on top of this large hill, and she was lucky the bag was on wheels.
With a great big push, she managed do make the bag jiggle. She let out an exasperated sign, and began to push again. It seemed like all hope was lost with this large bag, as she slid to her butt trying to think of an easier way. Standing back up, she gave it one more shove, and then stepped back, blasting it with her blade with a very sharp slam, the bag lifted off of the wheels, and she hit it, with such force that it managed to land right inside the garage! She was very glad this happened, and received her payment. Thanking the old lady, she wandered back to the bulletin board, sore from the pushing of the bag.
Zexo was already there, which was good to hear. She walked him to the Inn and handed her munny in to the clerk. "One room please." She requested as the clerk reached for the munny and key. With that, she wandered to her room, bidding Zexo goodnight. Nami's room number was 120, and she of course was not thrilled to be sleeping in this room, but she was going to have to manage. She sat on the cheap bed, and opened a journal - the journal of Sora's journey. "I hate this Sora kid, he has too much confidence in himself for a newbie." She laughed, reading more of the book. She was already half way through, almost studying the journal.

Zexo just sort of waited for Nami to reappear, when she did there wasn't even a conversation. The poor girl looked like she had tired herself out, but of course he had done some slightly challenging things as well. The two walked to the inn together, but that's where they split up. Nami asked for a room, but unlike her he did not plan to sleep..not inside at least. After questioning the clerk as if the roof were free, he got weird looks but of course eventually made his way there.
Laying down on the slanted roof, he narrowed his eyes while gazing into the sky. It looked the same as his sky, but thinking of this made him think of all the lives he would be erased from. All the friends and what little family he had..no, he had no one in the first place. Zexo began to laugh a bit before pulling out a picture of himself and a childhood friend, but to his surprise he was removed from the picture. All that was left was his friend, and in time that friend faded too.
Zexo growled a bit as he stared at the picture, but then he put it back in his pocket. "So this really is happening" He said, coming to a realization of it all. That was the last thing he said before closing his eyes and falling asleep right there. It was something he had always done, sleeping on roof tops that is.

Nami had fallen asleep at this point, with the journal on her stomach. She was extremely tired from the day before, which she spent running about and using powers to connect to Zexo while he was on his world. Suddenly, a force began to flow through the room, and a dark shadow was cast over the fairly exhausted Nami. The shadow seemed to be laughing in a quiet tone, leaning over her as if it was lurking. That's when the bad dream started to happen; she had made it all the way to kingdom hearts, the reality she was in now was a dream to her in this reality. She was standing outside of Kingdom Hearts, in a black cloak... She was smirking, perhaps she had done something wrong.
The dream continued, and a few figures appeared in the shadows, "What will you have us do now that Kingdom Hearts is destroyed?" one of the figures said, holding a piece of rubble from the debris below their feet. "Destroy the worlds, we don't need them anymore." Her voice was uttering words that she did not possible think she would ever say; her mind began to fade, and horror broke out as she woke up half screaming. After taking a few seconds to recompose her emotions, she put her hand on her lap where the journal would have landed when she sat up, but it was gone!
Out of all pieces, this was the most important to the puzzle, and it was gone! She quickly jumped out of bed, checking everywhere, lifting covers, crawling under things, and racing around the room in a panic. Without this book her job just got a lot harder, and who knows who had the book at this point - what if it had fallen into the wrong hands! This was very bad... So very bad.
That's when something else decided to go wrong, a large quake began to rock the floor. "What the?" She fell, landing on her window with her hands out to stop herself form getting hurt, she then saw it, a large creature was beginning to surface from the ground. Darkness surrounded it, crawling up it's body creating a very demonic looking shadow. "This is definitely not good." She said, springing from the window and lunging in front of the creature, her Key blade drawn to the side.
